Hey guys, this is the seventh Harry Potter movie, but it’s split into two parts. Deathly Hallows Part 1 is about Harry, Ron, and Hermione hunting for Horcruxes.
The story is about the trio leaving Hogwarts to find and destroy Voldemort’s Horcruxes. They’re on the run, and things are really dangerous. There’s no school, no teachers, just them against the world.
What I loved is how different this movie feels. There’s no Hogwarts and no side stories. It’s just the three of them and their mission. It feels like a road movie or a thriller.
The acting from the three leads is incredible. You can see how much they’ve grown, and they carry the movie perfectly. The scene where Ron leaves and comes back is emotional.
The animation scene where they explain the Deathly Hallows story is beautiful and unique.
What could be better is the pacing. The movie is slow in some parts. There’s a lot of walking and hiding and not much action.
If you’re invested in the characters, you’ll love this. It’s all about Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
I give it a 7.5 out of 10. It’s good, but it’s clearly just the first half of one story.
