Hey guys, I’m here with a review of The Matrix. This movie is a classic, and it still holds up today.
The story is about Neo, a hacker who discovers that the world he lives in is actually a simulation. Reality is a machine-controlled world where humans are used as batteries. He joins the resistance to fight back.
What I loved is the concept. The idea that we’re living in a simulation is still fascinating today. The movie makes you question reality, which is so cool.
The action scenes are legendary. Bullet time, the slow motion, the kung fu fights, everything is amazing. The movie changed action movies forever.
Keanu Reeves is perfect as Neo. He’s calm and cool, and he looks great in the action scenes. Laurence Fishburne as Morpheus is also iconic.
What could be better is that some parts are confusing. The philosophy can be hard to follow, and you might need to watch it twice to understand everything.
If you like sci-fi and action, this is a must-watch. It’s one of the most influential movies ever made.
I give The Matrix a 9 out of 10. A masterpiece of sci-fi action.
