Hey guys, this is the third Harry Potter movie, and honestly, it’s the best one so far. Prisoner of Azkaban changes everything.
The story is about Sirius Black, who has escaped from Azkaban prison. Everyone thinks he wants to kill Harry. But as the story goes on, you learn that everything is not as it seems. There are twists and turns that completely change the story.
What I loved is how different this movie feels. The director changed, and you can feel it. The tone is darker and more mature. The colors are less bright and everything feels more serious.
The time travel scene is amazing. The way they use time travel to save Sirius and Buckbeak is so well done. It makes sense and doesn’t feel like a cheap trick.
The new characters are great. Sirius Black and Professor Lupin are such good additions. Lupin is probably my favorite teacher at Hogwarts.
What could be better is that some parts are confusing. The time travel takes a bit of brain power to understand. Also, the movie is quite different from the book, so if you’re a book fan, you might be annoyed.
If you want to see Harry Potter at its best, watch this one. It’s dark, emotional, and has a great story.
I give it a 9 out of 10. This is where the series really hits its stride.
